The Product List widget from Wow Elements Pro is a powerful tool for displaying WooCommerce products in a clean and organized list layout on your website. It allows you to showcase product images, titles, prices, ratings, and other essential details in a user-friendly format, helping customers browse products more efficiently. With flexible layout, query, and styling options, you can easily customize the product list to match your store’s design and improve product visibility. In this documentation, we will guide you through how to use and customize the Product List widget in Wow Elements Pro.
Enable the Product List Widget #
To use the Product List by Wow Elements Pro, first, you have to enable the widget.
- Go to WordPress Dashboard → Wow Elements Pro Plugin dashboard.
- Then Click the Widgets Tab.
- Search the Product List Widget Name.
- Enable the Product List Widget.
- Hit the Save Settings Button.
Inserting the Product List widget #
1. Go to the Elementor Editor Page and Hit the “+” icon Button.
2. Search the Product List widget.
3. Drag the widget and drop it on the editor page
Content Tab Overview #
Layout Section #
Go to Content → Layout
1. Items Gap: You can adjust the space between the items with this option.
2. Title HTML Tag: You can set the html tag for the title with this option.
3. Image Resolution: You can adjust the resolution of the image with this option.
Query Section #
Go to Content → Query
1. Item Limit: You can adjust the limit of the posts to show to your audience with this option.
2. Source: Select the source for the list from here. The types of sources are – Posts, Products, Pages, Floating Elements, FAQs, Mega Menu Items, Template Items, Manual Selection, Current Query, and Related. Here, we selected the type as Product.
3. Include/Exclude Selection: Select the Include / Exclude filter to show/hide specific posts by Terms (Tags/Categories) or Authors. Here, we selected the include field as Author.
4. Author: This option lets you select the author’s name whose post you want to add to the list.
5. Offset: The Offset option lets you skip a certain number of posts from the start, so the display begins from the next post instead. Keeping it 0 means post without any exclusion.
6. Date: You can select the post as per the date of creation with this option.
7. Order By: It controls the data you want to display through title, id, date, author, comment count, menu order & random. Here we selected the order as date.
8. Order: This option controls the order by which data is arranged. There are two types of order. Ascending Order (Starts from the smallest or lowest value and goes to the largest or highest.) & Descending Order (Starts from the largest or highest value and goes to the smallest or lowest.)
9. Only Featured Image Post: Enable or disable the switcher to show or hide the featured image post.
10. Query ID: Give your query a custom, unique ID to allow server-side filtering
11. Show Product: You can select the products that you want to show to your audience with this option.
12. Hide Free Product: Enable the switcher to hide the free products with this option.
13. Hide Out of Stock: Enable the switcher to hide the products that are out of stock with this option.
Additional Settings Section #
Go to Style → Additional Settings
In this section, we have two more tabs. These are Content and Badge. Let’s start with the Content Tab first –
1. Image: Enable the switcher to show the product image to your audience with this option.
2. Title: Enable the switcher to show the product title to your audience with this option.
3. Price: Enable the switcher to show the product price to your audience with this option.
4. Rating: Enable the switcher to show the product ratings to your audience with this option.
5. Hide Review Text: Enable the switcher to hide the review text with this option.
1. Sale: Enable the switcher to show the sale badge to the product list with this option.
2. Percentage: Enable the switcher to show the percentage badge to the product list with this option.
3. Stock Status: Enable the switcher to show the stock status badge to the product list with this option.
4. Trending: Enable the switcher to show the trending badge to the product list with this option.
5. New: Enable the switcher to show the new badge to the product list with this option.
6. Newness Days: In this field you can set the time limit of the new badge for the products.
Style Tab Overview #
Items Section #
Go to Style → Items
1. Background Type: You can change the background type to be classic or gradient with this option. Here, we have selected the background type as Classic.
2. Color: You can make changes to the background color with this option.
3. Image: You can make changes to the background image with this option.
4. Border Type: You can add and change the border types with this option.
5. Border Radius: You can control the roundness of the border with this option.
6. Padding: You can adjust the inner space of the items with this option.
7. Box Shadow: You can add a shadow effect to the items with this option.
Image Section #
Go to Style → Image
1. Border Type: You can add and change the border types with this option.
2. Border Width: You can set the thickness of the border with this option.
3. Color: You can change the border color with this option.
4. Border Radius: You can control the roundness of the border with this option.
5. Box Shadow: You can add a shadow effect to the image with this option.
6. Image Size: You can adjust the size of the image with this option.
Title Section #
Go to Style → Title
1. Color: You can make changes to the title text color with this option.
2. Hover Color: You can make changes to the title text hover color with this option.
3. Margin: You can adjust the space around the field with this option.
4. Typography: Change the font family, size, weight, transform, style, decoration, line height, letter spacing, and word spacing from here.
Price Section #
Go to Style → Price
1. Regular Color: You can make changes to the regular price color with this option.
2. Sale Color: You can make changes to the sale price color with this option.
3. Margin: You can adjust the space around the field with this option.
4. Typography: Change the font family, size, weight, transform, style, decoration, line height, letter spacing, and word spacing from here.
Rating Section #
Go to Style → Rating
1. Color: You can make changes to the ratings color with this option.
2. Active Color: You can make changes to the ratings active color with this option.
Badge Section #
Go to Style → Badge
1. Border Type: You can add and change the border types with this option.
2. Border Radius: You can control the roundness of the border with this option.
3. Padding: You can adjust the inner space of the badges with this option.
4. Margin: You can adjust the space around the badge fields with this option.
5. Space Between: You can adjust the space between the badges with this option.
6. Typography: Change the font family, size, weight, transform, style, decoration, line height, letter spacing, and word spacing from here.
7. Display Type: You can adjust the display type as inline or list with this option.
In this section, we have four more tabs. These are Sale, Discount, Stock & New. Let’s start describing those one by one –
1. Color: You can make changes to the sale badge text with this option.
2. Background Type: You can change the background type to be classic or gradient with this option. Here, we have selected the background type as Classic.
3. Color: You can change the background color with this option.
4. Image: You can change the background image with this option.
Now let’s proceed to the Discount Tab –
1. Color: You can make changes to the discount badge text with this option.
2. Background Type: You can change the background type to be classic or gradient with this option. Here, we have selected the background type as Classic.
