The Post Title widget from Wow Elements is designed to dynamically display the title of the current post within your website layouts. It is primarily used in the Theme Builder to create custom Single Post templates, allowing the post title to be automatically pulled and displayed for each individual post. With flexible styling and typography controls, you can easily customize the appearance of post titles to match your website’s design and branding. In this documentation, we will guide you through how to use and customize the Post Title widget in Wow Elements.
Enable the Post Title Widget #
To use the Post Title by Wow Elements Pro, first, you have to enable the widget.
- Go to WordPress Dashboard → Wow Elements Pro Plugin dashboard.
- Then Click the Widgets Tab.
- Search the Post Title Widget Name.
- Enable the Post Title Widget.
- Hit the Save Settings Button.
Things That Must Need To Do Before Using The Widget #
1. Go to WP Dashboard → Wow Elements.
2. Click on the Theme Builder Tab.
3. Now, click on the Add New Template to create new template.
4. Here, in this field you have to select the type of template where you want to work. We have selected the Post Type Single category template.
5. You can set a name for your template in this field.
6. You can set the status of the template to active or inactive with this option.
7. You can click on the create template button to complete the creation and once it created it will automatically redirect your to the elementor editor to create your design.
Inserting the Post Title widget #
After the editor open within the theme builder, please do the followings to use the Post Title widget –
1. Hit the “+” icon Button.
2. Search the Post Title widget.
3. Drag the widget and drop it on the editor page
Content Tab Overview #
Layout Section #
Go to Content → Layout
1. Title HTML Tag: You can set the HTML tag for the title with this option.
2. Alignment: You can set the position of the title to left, center, right or justified with this option.
3. Post Link: You can enable the switcher to add the post link to the post title with this option.
Style Tab Overview #
Title Section #
Go to Style → Title
In this section, we have two more tabs. These are Normal & Hover. Let’s start with the Normal Tab –
1. Color: You can make changes to the title color with this option.
2. Typography: Change the font family, size, weight, transform, style, decoration, line height, letter spacing, and word spacing from here.
3. Text Stroke: You can adjust the stroke of the title text with this option.
4. Margin: You can adjust the outer space of the title with this option.
5. Advanced Style: Enable the switcher to get more option to make changes to the title.
6. Background Type: You can select the background type to be classic or gradient with this option.
7. Color: You can make changes to the background color with this option.
8. Image: You can make changes to the background image with this option.
9. Text Shadow: You can add a shadow effect to the title text with this option.
10. Border Type: You can add a border and change it’s types with this option.
11. Border Width: You can set the thickness of the border with this option.
12. Border Color: You can make changes to the border color with this option.
13. Border Radius: You can control the roundness of the border with this option.
14. Box Shadow: You can add a shadow effect to the title field with this option.
15. Padding: You can adjust the inner space of the title field with this option.
Now, let’s proceed to the Hover Tab –
1. Color: You can make changes to the title text hover color with this option.
2. Border Color: You can make changes to the border hover color with this option.
3. Background Type: You can select the hover background type to be classic or gradient with this option.
4. Color: You can change the hover background color with this option.
5. Image: You can change the background image with this option.
