Wow Elements is a digital software product — a plugin for WordPress and Elementor, delivered as a download and license, not a physical item. Because there’s nothing to ship or return, this policy explains how refunds work for Wow Elements Pro purchases.

Every Wow Elements Pro purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with Wow Elements Pro for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we’ll issue a full, 100% refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [email protected] with the email address used for your purchase. Letting us know why you’re requesting a refund helps us improve, but it’s never required.
- You can also manage your purchase, license, and billing directly from your account dashboard with Freemius, our secure payment and licensing partner.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your Pro license is deactivated and Wow Elements Pro features will be disabled on the sites where it was active. The free version of Wow Elements remains available and can be reinstalled at any time from WordPress.org.
Renewals and Cancelling Auto-Renewal
Pro licenses renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is cancelled beforehand. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Freemius account dashboard — cancelling stops future charges but doesn’t by itself refund a charge already made. If a renewal charge was unintended and it happened within the last 30 days, contact us and we’ll treat it the same as a new-purchase refund request.
